Custom Field Manager for Jira is an app for Atlassian Jira, which allows you to quick review real custom fields usage of your Jira instance. By «real usage» it means not just availability of custom fields on certain field layouts and screens, but issues, having values set in those fields. So you can easy optimize your Jira configuration by safely deleting unused or unnecessary custom fields without loss of valuable content. Custom Fields Usage for Jira, unlike built-in issue navigator, shows you all affected issues, including projects with «browse project» permission denied for everybody.
Install Custom Field Manager for Jira through Atlassian Marketplace or UPM. The app hasn’t got any settings, so no additional setup needed.
You can find app page at the Issues section of Jira administration interface.
